Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing Commercial/Financial inputs into key decisions & support internal control
  • Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
  • Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results;monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

2 Accountabilities.

  • Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated excel driven accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Support site procurement requirements and manages procurement cost
  • Vendor negotiations and requirement analysis
  • Invoicing and billing reconciliations with vendors
  • Publishing the detail MIS for all the sites in the Account

3 Key Deliverables

Primary

  • Analyzing all Facilities related cost on monthly basis Sodexo operational & Client budgets
  • Presenting Various Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
  • Monitoring Billing, & Centralized Finance team
  • Optimizing overall financial performance P & L and DSO
  • Delivering on time and accurate reporting, reviews & controls, MMR, QBR, Weekly
  • Monitoring Critical Payments
  • Assisting the client in establishing and reaching financial objectives
  • Promote effective financial management and continue to develop financial and business acumen.

Secondary

  • Strategic sourcing, cost quality, service & innovation with the support from Sodexo Corporate procurement.
  • Other Adhoc assignments supporting smooth business operations

Key Reporting

  • Owning and compiling monthly Strategic Account FIN Report.
  • Owning the Pre - MIS - Site wise, Service line wise GP Report PAN India/Site Wise
  • Preparing the monthly MIS - Site wise, Service line wise GP Report PAN India/Site Wise
  • Finance Dashboard for the account (Performance across GP/DSO/DPO)
  • Invoicing/Collections Report (Including invoice rejection report)
  • Owning the end to end P2P Tracker (Incl. ABcost tracker). This will be from client PO to the vendor payments.
  • Client Budget Management
  • Site-wise monthly tracking of key deliverables including but not limited to client HC / Active sites / Monthly Consumptions / Penalties / Out of scope / Acceptance TAT.
