One of our IT Product based Clients in Hyderabad is looking for Manager roles with strong in Core java.

Internal Designations: Technical Manager

Experience Range: 10 -15 years

Education: BE/B. Tech, MCA, MTech. Msc

Technology Stack: Core Java, SQL, JDBC, Spring framework, Hibernate, API, OOP Concepts and knowledge on UI and or any JS script) preferred.

Location: Hyderabad (Remote till the pandemic)

The shift timing is 12:30 PM 9:30 PM.

Notice Period: 1 Month or less.

Job Specifications

Technical Manager role is responsible for implementing multiple customer engagements at any given time.

The role demands expertise in managing multiple clients expectations, working with different solution architects, proposing technical solutions and working with the development team in delivering the End User Requirements.

Below are the Skills required for this role

Solutioning Skills for any Requirement

a. Understanding of different requirements

b. Come up with Technical Solutions (irrespective of technology)

Very Good Communication, understand the requirements, articulate the design with different stakeholders

Must be playing the role of manager or above already with Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong expertise in any of the below technology

a. Java / J2EE

b. Any Advanced Framework - Spring / Hibernate / Struts / APIs / Web Services

c. .NET with C# and willing to learn Java

d. DB Design (MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server)

Decent Knowledge of Enterprise Applications

a. Architecture / Framework Understanding

b. Debugging Skills - Issues in application / environment

c. Environment & Deployment Understanding

d. Have exposure to non-prod and prod environments

Stakeholders Management

a. Manage multiple Client Expectations

b. Prioritization

i. Work Planning

ii. Regular health checks of deliverables

Working in Teams

a. Strong Connect with team

b. Ready to get down and help teams investigate and solve technical problems

c. Build strong partnership with external teams
