Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We have urgent opening for NOC- ILD Assurance Engineer - International Roaming at Mumbai RCP.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- 24*7 Global NOC(Voice & IR) profile for Traffic/Service Monitoring and Ticket opening.
- End to end responsible for the incident and for its notification to relevant stakeholders/interfaces and status reporting and follow up on TT from its creation until incident has been solved and TT Closed.
- Hardware Management, software upgrade, handling service issues, creation of variuos alarm,service,traffic reports for IR to optimise the service experience.
- Analysis of traces (SIP,ISUE,MEGACO,MAP,CAMEL,DIAMETER) and find resolution within agreed SLA.
- Should be worked in 24*7 prfoile in Global environment.
- Alarm Monitoring, traffic performance/service monitoring and Ticket opening.
- Experience in working with ticketing /other OSS type Tools.
- End to end responsible for the incident and for its notification to relevant stakeholders/interfaces and status reporting and follow up on TT from its creation until incident has been solved and TT Closed.
- Knowledge on various telecom products such as MGCF,MGW,SBC,HSS,HLR,TRACE Tools.
- Generation of performance reports for ILD Voice/IR , and analysis skills.
Requirements
- Worked upon various telecom products such as MGCF,MGW,SBC,NTR,HSS,HLR, TRACING Tools.
- Ticketing Tools like Clarity,HPSM
- Trace tools like Tektronics,wireshark etc..
- Protocols like SIP,ISUP, MEGACO,DIAMETER,MAP,CAMEL etc..
- Good in English communication with excellent writing and speaking skills. 6> Good knowledge on International In-Roamer & Out-Roamer for Voice & DATA
- Voice KPIs like ASR,ACD and roaming KPPs like Location update success etc..

Education- Diploma or BE/ B.Tech
