Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Job Portals, social networking, Job Postings, Postings vacancies on portals etc.
• Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
• Offer and follow up Have a close follow up with the candidates until they join.
• Prior experience of working with Domestic BPO

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be confident in performing the defined duty, role and responsibility.
