Mission
Shravas Technologies is engaged in Independent Software Testing Services. The Company's Core service offering includes Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, Compatibility Testing and Globalization Testing.
Shravas also offers resource augmentation services in the field of Information and Technology.
Current position is permanent with Shravas Technologies. Candidate should be ready for both working on in-house projects or for client deployment.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and implement integration/system test strategy, test plans, test processes, test scenarios, and test cases.
Identify and prepare test data for testing
Communicate with Analysts and Developers to understand/clarify requirements
Identify, report, and manage defects in the defect tracking system
Provide testing status reports per Project requirements and provide input to the Project
Plans and Processes
Identify and communicate risks to Project team
Provide regular updates to the Test Manager
Participate in collection and review of quantitative data related to software testing and development activities for measurement and analysis
Participate in PPQA reviews and audits of project activities and work products to ensure compliance with documented plans, procedures, and standards as required.
Provide technical information for Change Requests meetings
Participate in systems requirement reviews and team meetings when necessary
Participate in the level of effort estimates
Maintain the projects test documentation
Participates in production support when required
Education & Training
Requirements:
BE/MCA/M Tech in Electronics, Computer Science or Equivalent.
Post graduate qualification desirable.
Professional Experience & Personal Attributes
2 to 6 years of Software manual testing experience.
Experience of Software Quality processes such as context driven testing.
Experience with Defect and test management tools such as JIRA.
Working knowledge of any scripting language such as VB Script, Java or Python an advantage.
Exposure to Test automation tools such as TestComplete, QTP or Selenium an advantage.
Mindset of Continuous Improvement.
Good knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
