Educational Qualification - ME (IT, Computer), BE (IT, Computer), MCA, MSC-IT, BCA

Key Deliverables:

Technically lead software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including
responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing.
To produce high quality technical documentation for our customers.
Technically proficient on .Net, MVC, MySQL, SQL Server, C#, Bootstrap, Asp.net and must be able to guide and mentor team members.
Communicating with clients for requirement understanding, project status and updates.
Excellent English communication skills, team management skills, interpersonal skills,
People management skills, Analytical skills and Problem Solving skills.
Responsible for timely and quality project delivery. Minimum 6 years with at-least 1year prior experience as Tech lead.

Must possess excellent communication skills oral and written

Must possess knowledge of latest technology trends

Must be a keen learner should be able to drive Self Learning

Must practice principle of First Time Right

Must have an Eye for Details

Must have high Customer Orientation

Must be adaptable to working in multiple / matrix work environment

Must possess good systems thinking
