Desired Profile

• MBA with strong experience of more than 8 years in handling marketing activities in EduTech / Advertising companies.
• Should have done B2C marketing activities.
• Must have a strong understanding of Social Media and Digital Platform campaigns and advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibility

• Plan and execute all marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Cost optimization and Lead Generation.
