Winning the consumer love in restaurant search and selection by driving restaurant availability at all hyperlocal areas and thinning the gap to zero in comparison to all competitors
Initiate partnerships with new accounts across the length and breadth of the city (and/or cities) at a pace higher than competition, and actively manage relationships with those accounts, be their P.O.C. for the company, sustain and grow their business which translate to a growth in revenue for the organization
Work closely with the city leadership in thinning the gap to zero in Key accounts/top priority accounts/city legendary accounts, in comparison to competition and also offline availability of those accounts
Providing hyperlocal insights to city leadership in terms of restaurant offerings in competition, search selection and provide regular recommendations for the growth of low market share areas, high potential fringe areas
Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
Responsible for training new recruits, especially restaurant onboarding executives, vendor managers; train them and mentor them
Responsible for Managing the Sales funnel and deliver on monthly targets ensuring org objectives are met.
