Job Description
Responsible for recruitment of workers as well as resolving their concerns.Provide a performance review for all workers at regular intervals.
Manpower handling and supervision
Responsible for planning and execution of the production process.
Meet production targets by delegating tasks to workers and meeting quality standards.
Closely monitoring the production team.
Inventory management as well as procuring raw materials from suppliers.
Evaluate manufacturing processes and suggest improvements for improving production/costs.
Manpower planning for various processes as well as multiple shifts.
Training workers on various processes.
