Job Description
Hello,
We have an opportunity for Production chemist in one of the leading Chemical manufacturing Industry.
Education : BSC, B.Pharm, B.tech, BE (chemistry /chemical)
Experience : 2 to 3 years.(chemical/Pharma)
JD:
Key Responsibilities :
>Monitoring and control of the manufacturing activities against the specified process & to report any deviation on immediate basis.
> Responsible for part of the decision-making process in all matters that affect the quality of products including production, laboratory, storage, and distribution.
>Assures that appropriate calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment are conducted as schedules.
>Strict adhere to safety, health and environment.
> Experience in good documentation practice like SOPs, Validations, change control, etc.
>Cleanliness of area and personal hygiene.
>Line clearing for the equipment / area (including validation) ensuring reactor cleanliness
> In process controls as per std procedure.
>Process is validated and carried out as per BMR instructions.
>Status labels / labeling of containers, equipments and materials.
>Ensures on line documentation and timely entries of all operations / activities.
>Reporting of reworking on production lines.
>Responsible for evaluating and checking Excess material consumption and Excess material return.
>Monitoring of the IPQA of all product forms, process control, online documentation, deviation if any and bring it to the notice of the head of department.
>Ensuring yield status of product at each stage.
>Any other assignment allocated by head of the department.
