Candidate Requirement :
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent with minimum of 7 (seven) years of proven track experience in full stack software application development and delivery of which the last 3 years must be in a leadership position.
The candidate must be proficient in application development in LAMP & MEAN stack and must be in a position to provide technical leadership to a talented young team.
Experience in developing application using any popular MEAN stack IDE/ RAD framework is desired. The candidate will be tasked to quickly learn our own rapid application development (RAD) framework SEAMLESS from the Product Development Team for future projects.
Responsibility :
1. Software Project Planning and Delivery while maintaining quality and timeline.
2. Planning and delivering Post Warranty Software support through defined Software Support Agreement (SSA) through a team of support engineers.
3. To lead and motivate a team of young Developers, Solution Architects, Testers and Support Engineers.
4. Maintenance of Coding and laid out Software Engineering Standards.
5. Managing Coding and Software Engineering Documentation.
6. To coordinate with pre-sales, marketing departments.
7. Interaction with high profile Customers for requirement project studies, analysis, feasibility study.,
