We Have Excellent Openings in MNCs International/Domestic BPO for Freshers/experienced(with excellent communication skills in English&Hindi).Those who are Looking for BPO, day/uk/us shift

Call Swathi @ 8660798*** / 7816042***

Minimum 6 months of call taking experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software) or 1 year Field service in PC, Desktop support

Fluency in English & Hindi language.

Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting.

Typing speed minimum 25 words per min

Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written

Strong problem-solving and client facing skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone.

Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution.

Document solutions in the form of knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred in the future.

Day Shifts, 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

Bachelors degree / Diploma with minimum 13 years Education. 10th plus Diploma also
