A candidate would be filling live Tax returns and training on the same would be given by the company. Its a leading MNC global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for clinicians, nurses, accountants, lawyers, and tax.
- Designation: TAX Return Executive
- Department: Tax
- Report to: Operation Associate
- Total No. of position: 32
- Job Location: Chennai.
- Qualification: B.Com qualification with aggregate marks of 60%and above /M.com & MBA.
- Gender: Male / Female
- Working days: 6 days a week (Mon to Saturday, 6 days a week working)
- Office Time: work hours would be 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, extended during peak season in March-April.
- WFH or WFO: The candidate should be open be flexible for both.
- Contract Duration: 5 Months ( From 1 Dec 2021 to 30th April 2022 it's for a Fixed-term contract for 5 Months Non-renewable.
- Basic: Fluency in communication
- IT Asset: IT Assets to be dispatched by Company
ROLE OBJECTIVE
- To Prepare US Tax Returns outsourced by U.S CPA firms.
- To be responsible for the Timeliness and the Quality of the work done.
Roles and Responsibilities
Process Related
- Prepare US tax returns - Individual, Trust & Business tax returns
- Assist and work in other tax and financial projects
- Ready to learn new tax applications/Softwares
- Follow the Client procedures diligently
- Complete tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards
Reporting Related
- Report to work on time
- Keep the Operation Associate informed of the status of work in progress at the end of the day
Desired Candidate Profile
- A candidate should be B.Com qualification with aggregate marks of 60%and above
- M.Com/M.B.A [Finance] will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge in MS-Excel
Personal Discipline Related
- Able to meet deadlines and work based on the urgency of projects
- Available to work long hours during busy tax season times (Feb-April)
- Quick learner, enthusiastic, and a team player
- Follow the Companys procedures
- Be a team player with aspirations to achieve
Perks and Benefits
CTC is 15k PM. NTH 11700/- PM
Note: This job is on the third-party payroll of PersolKelly India, This job role is for 05 Month (
From 1 Dec 2021 to 30th April 2022, it's for a Fixed-term contract for 5 Months Non-renewable).
