Key Responsibilities:

Project planner / controller of the cargo terminal operations.

Will also be responsible for development of project plans, evaluating projects in terms of outlays & profits, procuring materials, calling tenders from different type of vendors, processing their offer, negotiating and placing orders.

Ensuring the smooth functioning of the project in terms of quality , time and cost

Developing project plans& Controls, Sub- contract management, Construction Project Management, Data Analysis, estimation and project monitoring.

Must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
