Job Description

Need HR Manager for a Pvt Ltd Company at Patel Nagar, DELHI

The Candidate should have Experience of atleast 3 years

Job Responsibilities

Handling end to end recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, and other social networking sites.
Research & Industry mapping according to the need of the mandate.
Follow up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
Maintaining HR records
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities

Location : Patel Nagar, DELHI

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Maximum Salary is upto 40k , Rest depends on the Interview
