Job SummaryThe Web methods Administrator position will be based in Chennai.
Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
- Ability to manage incidents to completion and appropriately document the incident for future reference and closure of the feedback loop to the consumer.
- Experience of problem analysis and resolution.
- webMethods based enterprise integration platform architecture and design.
- webMethods based integration solutions and platform support for large scale environments.
- High Availability Setup and Administration.
- System/Platform Administration.
- wM Upgrade and Migration.
- System optimization and capacity planning.
- Maintenance/Outage activities.
- Backup & Recovery Activities.
- Building and automating system health checks and housekeeping tasks.
- Troubleshooting system bottlenecks and performance tuning.
- Handling thread dumps, log analysis.
- Working with SoftwareAG technical services team on service requests
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- Bachelor s degree in computer engineering or IT .
- 2 5 years of experience in Webmethods Administration , Unix shell scripting.
- Working in on high volume systems in a multi-site, DR, HA environment.
- Using Oracle database, MySQL Server,
- Working enterprise-wide customers and meeting customer needs.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
- Scripting experience Write code and automate repeatable processes
- Exposure to modern RPA tools (like Pega or UI Path) or any other Low Code platforms with Citizen development experience.
- Experience with Automation tools like Chef, Ansible, GIT.Securing the solution by being familiarity with TLS, certificates, SSO/PIV authentication, and encryption technologies
- Cloud experience deploying and administration of apps on Amazon AWS, Google or Azure.
