- Expertise in finalization of accounts & balance sheet, audit taxation, business finance & reconciliation.
- To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the companys financial operations.
- Provide monthly information and analysis for management team.
- Responsible for the annual budget process, provide monthly reviews, and implementing business plans and other programs.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Monthly, Yearly Closing & Quarterly Audit.
- Daily, Weekly, Month end and Quarter end book closing exercises.
- Monthly closing activities involve provisioning, accurate income, expense accounting and vendor liabilities.
- Oversee operation of Accounting Department, Reception, Payroll and Human Resources operations.
- Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Analytical and process driven with strong work ethics.
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
- Ability to interact with people from different business/disciplines acting consistently throughout the organization.
- Flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment.
- Perform daily financial transactions which includes classifying, computing, posting, verifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Flexible to work on MS - Office specifically Excels, Access and Power point.
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work in tight deadline.
- Confident candidate who is able to deal with senior management, cross division and cross cultural team player with a strong desire to learn, take on additional responsibilities and willingness to take initiative.
- Working with multiple data sources and having confidence in figures and presentation.
- Experience of compiling management reports in a global, complex environment.
- Accuracy-driven and able to self-review reports and other deliverables effectively.
- Delivery Oriented with excellent attention to details.
