Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- You will be part of Host Cloud platform engineering group.
- You will be acting as subject-matter expert on systems being created and managed internally.
- Your job is to develop, implement solutions and ensure they are resilience and reliable, working at a scale.
- You will be responsible for leading effort in building a solution to solve challenges at CBRE.
People
- Building and managing a team of talented engineers who are responsible for the cloud platform development
- Providing technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members
- Providing hands-on development guidance to the team, mentoring with architecture and code structure, and doing code reviews
- Participating in architecture discussions, design reviews and planning
Process

- Enforce Agile practices and use SCRUM data for improving team velocity
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills; ability to work collaboratively with geographically distributed teams
Technology
- Demonstrated experience in delivering large, enterprise-scale, distributed, high performance platforms.
- Experience through the platform development lifecycle, onboarding on the platform as well as supporting successful adoption of products.
- Solid experience designing and developing solutions using any language with Azure - experience on Azure services i.e., functions, App Services, Storage Services is must
- Excellent cloud experience including but not limited to multi-tenancy, secured application, high availability, microservices, telemetry,
Required Knowledge Skills:
Experience:
- 10-14 years would be preferable. At least 1 years of experience in similar role with product organization.
Mandatory skills:
1. Web, API or Mobility development in any OOP language
2. Development experience on Azure Cloud, well versed with Azure Service and Infra, reference design, feasibility and cost estimation
3. Experience with data and volume
4. Agile process
