Job Summary
The Regional Service Executive will be based in Cochin Location. The Regional service
Executive performs handling multilple ASPs of Kerala and Karnataka region. Additionally,
should willing to travel frequently.
Here is a glimpse of what youll do:
Will be responsible for handling multiple service outlets (mobile)
Ensuring ASP (Authorized Service Partner) training and enhance their technical skill
level as per market trends.
Will responsible for appointment and termination of the service center.
Providing technical training to regional ASP
Responsible for demonstrating new product and its specifications to ASP.
Will be involved in technical auditing and report preparation.
Responsible for achieving KPIs as per SLAs.
Here is some of what youll need:
Technical Degree / Diploma computer/electronics/communication engineering
is must
Minimum (5-10) years of experience of handling, managing and appointing
Service Partner across South India region.
Basics in Excel (Data validation, VLOOKUP/Pivot/text to column etc.)
Must have understanding of service network, able to identify and resolve ASPs

Should be able to work in complex situations, able to handle the same.
Should have exposure in handling any electronic gadgets (Mobile or laptop).
Should be able to converse in local languages.
