We have an urgent opening for the post of Assistant Manager - Operations.

We are preferring candidates from BPO (Telecom) industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Thorough understanding of KPI & Shrinkage, Attrition calculation.
Provide all training that team members need
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Listen to team members' feedback
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Distribute reports to the appropriate personnel
Understand all organisations products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to

Requirements:-

Team Management skills and ability to drive Quality and Productivity.
Sound knowledge of designing appropriate Standard Operating Process (SOP's) and workflows.
Proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem solving capability.
Strong with People Management
Good with Current product / process knowledge and should have willingness to learn.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Experience: 4-6 Yrs (AM)
Language Must be fluent in English,Hindi and Telugu.
Qualification Must be a graduate
Job Location: Vijayawada
Salary : 3.50 L
Joining: Immediate

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
