Technical Manager - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Harman Connected

At least 8-10 years of coding experience in Java and Spring Boot
Experience in RabbitMQ is big plus
Experience in web based applications and micro-services architecture is preferred
Experienced in Object Oriented Programming, data structures and design principles.
Experience in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), writing SQL queries, fine tuning, debugging issues is a big plus
Ability to work effectively in an Agile team oriented environment (local and global teams)
Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively
Good problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn new Technologies within a short span of Time. Job Responsibilities
Translate the High level design to working features with minimal support.
Low level Design, development and testing of new features in the applications
Preparing respective detailed design document needed adhering to Quality management system
Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process
Good understanding of the market needs and ability to translate them to implementation while considering the overall solution.
