Job Description

1. Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
2. Developing sales strategies and setting targets
3. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
4. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
5. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
6. Servicing the needs of your existing customers
7. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
8. Recruiting and training sales staff & allocating areas to team.
9. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

11. Continues Farm visits and travel is mandatory

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
