Assistant Manager for Project Finance
Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with advance computer skills

Experience: 3-5 Years proven work experience and domain. Must have working knowledge in Project Finance, Equity Deals and Financial Management. Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Should be ready to read and contribute in matters pertaining to Foreign Debt & Equity Infusion Matters and Financial Structuring.
Job Description:

Complete Responsibility of the Department
Overall control on all activities of the Department
Prepare, Review and Appraise Debt and Equity Funding proposals.
Preparation of Full Investor Pitch
Preparation of Detailed Project Reports, Presentations, Detailed Valuation Reports of the client, assumptions, SWOT analysis and other related things.
Submission & Presentation of the proposal to Bank / Fund Houses / HNIs / Investors and discussion with them regarding the project details.
Arranging Bank / Fund Houses / HNIs / Investors interactions with Clients.
Liasioning with Bankers / Financers / Fund Houses / Investors, etc.
Helping client to complete sanction related formalities of the Bank / Fund Houses / HNIs / Investors.
Active involvement in activities pertaining to Foreign Debt and Equity Infusion Matters and Financial Structuring Assignments.
Salary As per market standards.
