Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements, identifying, selecting and recommending best candidates to clients through detailed screening and skill assessment interviews Ability to negotiate age rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities Source through job boards, internal candidate database as well as professional referrals, and other networking resources or social media Prepare and debrief candidates on client interviews, will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle. Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends Should be ready to work from the office after Covid settles or 100% remote work for the right candidate.
