Finance Manager - Pune - Cybage - 5 to 8 years

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Central accounts as per Ind AS

- Subsidiary accounting, transactions, and compliances

- Team management

- Managing statutory audit with Big 4

- Other activities regarding compliances and reporting

• Monthly closure of accounts and period closing
• Interaction with auditors and Audit closure on quarterly basis and Finalization of quarterly and annual accounts
• Compliances with all laws and accounting standards incl CORPORATE LAW requirements
• Compliance with all accounting policies and Inter firm comparison
• Prepare and oversee Standalone and consolidation of accounts including Notes and Cash Flow
• Scrutiny of GLs and Ensure robust cost centre wise accounting and analysis of unit/region wise profitability
• Filing of XBRL and other statutory returns
• Creation of new entities and maintaining them in Oracle and Participate in the IT and system implementation and drive them.
• Board note and presentation and Preparation of Accounting MIS
• Work on process improvement by automating excel based working with system based reporting
• Draw SOPs for ensuring checks and controls in processes and oversee their adherence
• Ensure daily Bank reconciliation and no item is open in the statement
• Interaction with Statutory auditors for Audit closure on quarterly basis and Finalize audit report at the end of audit
• Review of and Compliance with accounting standards
• Preparation of Financial projections
• Provide support to business as per requirement
• Experience of leading a team of people
• Responsible for managing his/her team
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment
• Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
