Cloud expert/Back end developer - Hyderabad @ Qualcomm

Software Analytics and Global Automation(SAGA) team is looking for a passionate, self-driven and innovative Software engineer who is eager to work on cutting edge web cloud technologies. Software solutions provided by SAGA are used by majority of QCT Software development and test organizations. Candidates will be responsible for design, development and testing of scalable backend web and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience in the following areas
• Excellent backend programming skills in anyone language . e.g. java/JavaScript/Node JS/ c#
• In depth understanding of databases, DB servers and query optimizations like mongodb, mysql etc.
• Thorough understanding of cloud architecture with hands on experience of any one cloud solution(aws, google cloud, Azure etc.)
• Understands responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Proficient in Agile based SDLC.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced programming techniques
• automating the build/test process for production, using task runners or scripts etc.
• Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
• Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
• Out of box thinker with get it done attitude.

Education Requirements

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
