Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility
- Technical and Solution Architecture, detailed design, prototyping and testing, in an advisory capacity or hands-on, including the preparation and / or authoring of related artefacts (documentary and otherwise).
- MUST HAVE FINANCE SERVICE CLOUD EXPERIENCE
- Formulating and implementing Technical & Technology Strategies based on the SFDC products and services.
- Planning, coordinating, managing and executing Technology Strategies to implement, integrate and embed Salesforce-based solutions in our clients existing technology estates.
- Defining and driving strategies and technology roadmaps for SFDC practice.
- Developing relationships with client Executive and Technical stakeholders to reinforce and extend WHISHWORKSs role as trusted advisor.
- Participating and at times leading response to formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tenders as needed
Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience
- 5+ years experience defining, designing, delivering and deploying Salesforce based technical solutions, in the capacity of accountable or responsible contributor.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.
- Expert level knowledge and expertise on CRM as a business domain
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and ability to present to a variety of audiences (executives to technically detailed audiences).
- Demonstrable expert level knowledge of Salesforce and its underlying platform architecture and technical workings.
- Should have Implemented Continuous Integration for salesforce applications
- Strong understanding of database design concepts, data migration and data integration
- Deep understanding of SFDC coding concepts and practices and ability to identify the need and recommend the use of required components to meet business requirements
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of CRM /Salesforce implementations
- Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions: cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management.
- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments).
- Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
Good to have
- At least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
- At least one Cloud Consultant Certification from either Community, Field Service, Sales or Service
- At least one or more current certifications in the Salesforce Architect track.
