Job Description:

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Good Verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office skills (e.g. Pivoting, lookup reference, text, logical etc)
• Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Upsell products and services.
• International customer handling experience with In Bound/ Out Bound calling is preferred.
• Any Graduates are also eligible for this position
• Should have min 6 months to 1 year experience in calling.
• Should have strong communication skills
