HIRING FOR TEAM LEADER FOR BPO

DESIGNATION : Team Leader ( Outbound Voice sales)

PROCESS : AXIS BANK ( Outbound Sales voice Process)

LOCATION : Noida sec 128

( Work from office only)

SALARY : INR Upto 32,000 CTC + Unlimited incentives.

TRANSPORT FASCILITY : Shuttle service (Transport) from Metro Station

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :-

-Graduation Mandatory with 03+ years of Sales / outbound Experience in BPO Only

SHIFT TIME : 06 days working 9:30 am 6:30 pm (Mon- Sat)

JOB RESPONSIBLITY:-

-Managing Leads targets of Sales Agents to include motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, training and problem solving.

- Assist Team Members with development, process improvement, analysis and implementation of efficiency or quality initiatives.

-Monitor resource utilization & performance.

- Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member. Write and administer performance reviews for skill improvement.

- Achieve stretched targets and be able to take decisions and manage complex/ difficult conflict situations with either customers or employees.
