Job Description

Job Description :

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
• Prioritization, and time management
• Preparing all reports/summary reports etc to meet the client and project SLAs
• Should be able to groom the team members on the QA processes, Agile methodology and on the project methodology
• Should help testing teams in requirement analysis andtraceability matrix
• Nice to have exposure to any popular automated testing tools (like Selenium etc)

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Manual/Automation testing (for QA)
• Should be having expertise in writing manual/automated test cases
• Sound knowledge of test frameworks, test strategy, test cases
• Deep understanding of testing lifecycle & defect lifecycle
• Exposure to Agile frameworks (scrum/kanban/SAFe)
• Good communication skills
