Greetings from Tech Mahindra!!


We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert or Technical Advisor to assist customers with routers and CSU configuration.


You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help the customers to have uninterrupted usage of the Telecom products.


The roles and responsibilities of a customer service representative are...


  • Troubleshooting an d providing remote support of routers and switches using variety of routing protocols.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.

  • Applies knowledge of architectural and environmental platforms to CPE design at customer's site to support total circuit integration.

  • Design and implementation of ATM, Qos, VOIP, MPLS, VOATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, Private Line.
  • Position requires flexibility to work in 24/7, hours are flexible and may be rotational as determined by business.

  • Work Location would be any major city across India, may be nearest one to your location.

Desired Candidate Profile


Requires Degrees/Majors/ Accreditations/Skills


  • Valid CCNA is required, CCNP & CCIE strongly desired or equivalent 3+ years experience in IP Network support / Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/UNIX/Mac OS environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP.

Ability to honour deadlines, Being the face of your company, your support should be able to honour the company''s SLAs and ensure all assigned tickets are resolved well within the deadline.
