We have an opening in one of the leading Insurance Company.

Designation: DM( Deputy Manager) for content development

Location: Hyderabad

Exp: 5 yrs on papers

CTC: 6-7LPA(Based on Exp)

1. Should have good knowledge in content development and story line creation.
2. Should be able to be proactive in terms of any events and should be able to handle the team
3. Should maintain a good rapport with teams and departments for a better working culture
4. Should have a ability to communicate and also carry training modules and training sessions in terms of new products or renewal products or established products in the process
5. Should have minimum experience of 5 years on papers
6. Should be Clearing the English proficiency test
7. Strategic initiatives on making the module more useful (based on MIS, focused and general user feedback and market practices)
8. Ability to guide team/vendor on creative design
9. Ability to guide team on MIS reporting requirements
