Customer Support Executive (Voice / Non-voice)

0 to 2 years of Experience

Location 1 - Corporate Office - A-6 Tower A, 3d Floor Diamond District Bengaluru 560008.

Location 2 - Royal Stone Tech Park Pai Layout, OMR Bengaluru 560016.

Remuneration as per Industry Standards

Qualification:

Any Graduates /Under / Post-Graduates /Diploma. (Experienced or Freshers)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge in other regional languages is also welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels (Voice / Non-voice)
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as per process requirement.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
