Required Skills:

• Qualification: Any Qualification
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in HR-Generalist
• Joining : Immediate or Less than a week
• Salary: Max 30K
• Shift: Day Shift ( Sat and Sun Fixed Off )
• Location : Richmond Circle ( Bangalore )

Job Profile :-

• Implementing end to end Payroll process of all employees across the organization.

• Execute the entire Onboarding process successfully for all new hires at Axcend
• Setup an induction program for new hires once a month and run it with the help of business leaders
• Address and manage the employee queries via phone or email
• Coordinate the Reward & Recognition program once a quarter
• Conduct monthly employee engagement activities like fun games, events, interact with employees and build a rapport with them
• Maintaining & updating employee files and data in the greyt HR-tool
• Execute the Exit formalities for exit employees on last working day
• Conducting recruitment activities like sourcing, screening candidates from job portal, interviewing them and releasing the offer based on selection
• Coordinating with Vendors for Statutory compliance process and getting the clearance for the same
• Coordinate with the Mediclaim vendors for reimbursement/ cashless facility for the employees and share the data regularly.
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR-department
