Desired Candidate Profile

For a Product Organisation, we are looking at Solid Data Scientist with 2-12 years of Experience

- Ability to tailor ML solutions to cater to business problems across the Freshworks product portfolio, including support, sales, marketing, bots, chat, voice, etc.

- Apply knowledge of ML, statistics, programming and advanced mathematics to build intelligent systems.

- Design, develop, and evaluate predictive ML/AI models and define metrics that measure success and customer value delivery.

- Work with engineers to translate models into scalable high-performance engineering systems.

- Research, recommend and implement best practices found in large-scale Machine learning systems.

- Stay current with the recent advancements in ML/AI industry

- Participate in internal and external technology forums and conferences.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
