IT Recruiter Trainee.
Candidates from BPO background with outbound telecalling, telemarketing, telesales, will be provided training -
If you have basic knowledge or Good with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Emails, Google Docs, Forms, MS Word, PDF, Excel is an added advantage
If you have basic knowledge or Good with Boolean Search
Need to make 60 - 70 calls to reach out candidates.
Maintain, Manage, format resume & document the candidates status.
Available to work in 9 Hour Day Shift X 6 Days/week.
Must be able to work 12 to 9PM
Work from Home - Own latest laptop, Own Sim card+phone and high Speed wired internet connection is required.
Must be based out Bhubaneswar - as work from office will start from November.
