Location: Lonavala, Pune.

Experience: Minimum 9 Years

Note : Having Experience in Plastic injection molding / compression molding / Rubber molding

Salary : Upto 12 Lac

Job Description:

• Responsible for production efficiency
• Responsible for Overall Equipment Effectiveness
• Daily production planning done with dispatch & marketing and assigning suitable mould & machine combination for best OEE & unit per Kg.
• Daily production monitoring at Job worker & arranging raw material as per requirement.
• Planning daily production & man power deployment.
• Guide lines to shift engineers to carry out smooth production continuously by maintaining team work.
• Knowledge of implementation of IATF 16949, 5Sactivities, Kaizen, OEE improvement
