Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Jr Engineer Electrical at Nagpur Location.
Experience 4-6 years experience in Electrical department of Chemical / Bulk drug industries. Preferably from Vidarbha region
Qualification - Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering with electrical supervisor license.

Responsibilities -
- Serve as Engineering support for E&I Maintenance Department in performing preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for critical plant equipment. Train technical staff in PLC troubleshooting and Electrical Systems.
- Should know sound knowledge of various switchgears viz ACB/MCB/MCCB/ Contactors/ Relays/ VFDs etc
- Work with all levels of Electrical/ Instrument Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering in providing the highest quality maintenance and engineering services. Design new electrical engineering and control systems.
- Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing, conducting research programs, and applying knowledge of electricity and material
- Provide technical support/ troubleshooting for the electrical equipment's
- Provide solutions to recurring maintenance problems by analysing delays and failure analyses
- Confirm system and component capabilities by designing testing methods and testing properties
- Support manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators
- Work closely with area personnel in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Lead the implementation of technical improvements and the application of spare parts and materials to extend life and prevent equipment deterioration
- Assist in the planning and implementation of turnarounds and major engineering projects and support the project leader in all phases of major capital projects
- Identify and interface with preferred equipment manufacturers, specialists, and technical support consultants
- Develop and maintain job plans for specific repair activities and support site planners and supervisor, as required
- Develop, maintain and update maintenance documentation (e.g. Repair reports, bill of materials, upgrade recommendations) for critical plant equipment)
- Assist Predictive Maintenance Technicians with analysing and condition monitoring data interpretation and recommended actions
