Technical Manager - Java @ Splenta System

Desired Candidate Profile

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-end technical solutions/architecture based on Java/J2EE (Spring/Spring boot) and other Open Source Framework product.

- Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring (spring boot), Hibernate, HTML5, Java Script, jQuery and AJAX

- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures

- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks as per the software development life cycle

- Develop tools/ components/application/module by producing clean and efficient code based on the requirement

- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

- Mentor/Supervise team members and coordinating their activities

- Designing, development and integration of the client system

- Identify bugs in existing software, design and release fixes

- Perform validation and verification

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve deliverables

- Ensure that the team follows development based on quality processes

- Document development phases and monitor systems

- Ensure developed software is as per the design & business requirement

- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)

- Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management

- Excellent analytics and Problem-solving skill with problem-solving aptitude

- Open to work on Open Source Software/Products for POC/Projects

- Goal-oriented individual with excellent time management skills

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

- Capability to anticipate client needs and strong client relationship skills

- Excellent presentation and documentation skills

- Excellent organizational, leadership and project management skills

- Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks will be preferred

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
