Job Description
Hiring HR Intern.!! - Work from Office Only
Location: Delhi, Aerocity / Gurgaon
Duration: 2-3 months
Stipend: 10K - 15K per month

Roles and Responsibilities
- Special Projects (Job Description and Organization Structure) -
- Formulate, design and implement Job Descriptions across all levels and roles
- Formulate, design and implement Organization Structures across all functions and sub-functions
- Coordinate and work closely with respective HRBP's and functional / business heads to understand the structure and roles
- Prepare and present the updated structures and JD's to the Vice President - Human Resources.
2. Talent Acquisition -
- Developing sources of recruitment & forming a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, websites, personal contacts and recommendations from existing employees.
- Responsible for enhancing the positive candidate experience.
- Collaborating with hiring managers for Scheduling & coordinating interviews
- Rolling out the offer letter to the selected candidates.
3. Records Management -
- Maintaining all the active & exit employee information in Master Database.
- Maintaining employee files with all the relevant documents starting from resume to exit documents.
- Assist in HRMS implementation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent MS-Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Adaptable
