Job Description

Job Role Responsibilities
Develop software testing standards and facilitate the development of testing strategies for teams
Engage customers to create and clarify acceptance criteria and ensure that tests are designed to validate that criteria
Define, capture and report on testing metrics that help teams evaluate their progress and update their testing strategies
Develop and interpret scripts for automated software regression testing
Analyze software application usability to develop effective and ergonomic user interface
Comfortable working on a cross functional Agile team
Ability to coordinate testing efforts between developers, expert users, and testers Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related field from a recognized university scoring GPA 7.0 and above
Minimum 3- 10 years of experience in related fields
Strong communication skills must be able to interact with stakeholders and team members to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Self- driven results oriented tester who can work with minimal guidance
Willing to work in a highly collaborative environment as a team player
Experience with software development in the .NET Framework
