1. Responsible for conducting and delivering the training curriculum in the spirit it is designed (theory and practical). 2. Conduct the Technical and Non-Technical sessions to the beneficiaries. 3. Responsible for conducting student assessments and evaluation. 4. Coordinate with Project Manager in all compliances and project requirements at the center. 5. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. 6. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques. 7. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes 8. Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations. 9. Ensure MIS entries, Documentation and submission of Training Reports according to project guidelines.
