Minimum Qualifications:
The call centre agent must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
1. Any Degree
2. Computer literacy in MS Office( Word, Excel)
3. Strong presentation skills
4. Customer service and Sales experience( added advantage)
5. Good Communication Skills

- Night Shifts
- Candidates should be flexible in working US shift
- Rotational week off on week days(Not on weekends)
