Looking for Business Development Executives ( BDE ) for an IT solutions company based in Chennai 

A very good opportunity to learn about Software solutions and Jumpstart or Advance your career in Information Technology Sales. Switch from BPO to IT Career 

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. No barriers in Educational Qualification/Year of passing out (Candidates with standing arrears can take part as well)
3. Desired Experience range: Nil - 2 yrs of International Voice Process experience (B2B)
Shift time: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

What are we looking in a potential candidate:
A positive problem-solving attitude.
Good speaking and written skills in English.
Excellent communication, presentation and team building skills.
A person who is inquisitive and comfortable asking questions to get clarity.
Technical knowledge and inclination would be preferred. Expertise is not a must.
Willingness to work in Night shift 5.30 pm to 2.30 am
Strong Internet research skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers in US
Communicating with customers, understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports.
Qualify all sales leads, routing the opportunities to the appropriate Practice heads/Sales Manager for further development and closure.

Remuneration : 3.5 LPA
