Hiring for Account payable Role for Kolkata and Pune Location at MNC company
Salary-3.5 LPA
Location-Pune and Kolkata
Shift-Night Shift
Experience- 1 Years
Description - Accounts Payable, requirement to oversee payouts and review financial transactions. In this role there is a requirement to process payment invoices, help create reports on financial activity, and coordinate with other accountants to ensure all records are accurate. Senior accounts payable Executive often help resolve problems and discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, research invoice copies, check billing documentation, and manage other financial processes as needed. it will be a IC role and processing is the requirement with their skill set
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Minimum 1 years of AP experience
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications like MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Presentations and MS-Excel.
Candidate shall be responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this functional role.
Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate with client
Responsible for operational / quality reporting % dashboards
Understanding of Quality Tools
