Techno-Functional Lead For A Leading Housing Finance
From 10 to 20 year(s) of experience
Total 12+ Years of experience in Information Technology
Should have worked on IT projects preferably in NBFCs, Banking and Finance domains.
Proven Track Record in Leading and delivering Projects, Manage Business as Usual and
understand Technology end-to-end
BFSI Domain knowledge is preferred and an added advantage
As an application owner would be required to carry out the below mentioned responsibilities:
Creating new applications to support lending business. A knowledge on loans, credit appraisal,
loan life cycle is preferred.
Ongoing enhancement and maintenance of an application including management of scope and
in-time delivery
Must understand end-to-end detailed activities of projects plan submitted by Vendor and
customize it with additional activities such as environment setup, infra readiness, testing, etc
from Business and Technology perspective to arrive at an agreeable plan
Prior experience in coding for 3 years is an advantage
Identifying and managing technical projects necessary to ensure required and established
service levels are maintained
Managing strategic capacity, consumption and performance management (Forecast and
management based on business plans). This would include working very closely with business
teams to understand market needs, competition bench-marking and projections for the quarter,
year etc.
Ensuring policy-compliance for SOX, Audit. Conduct application Testing end to end and obtain
necessary sign-offs from Business, Technology including Security team for Application Security
and Pen. Test.
Ensuring availability of all necessary application / service knowledge and documentation;
Collaborating with various stakeholders including the application development team, vendor,
client services, programme managers, subject matter experts
Steering, overseeing and delivering the design and development of solutions into the production
support teams for operations and monitoring;
Performing reviews for all technical changes in close collaboration with both business and
software delivery teams
Working with development team / vendor to estimate work effort throughout different phases
of the functional domain deliverables
Identifying, documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycles
Must have capability to evaluate vendors and technology and recommend accordingly
PMP would added advantage
Technical Competency
Setup Should able to setup Development (*On-premise if needed), UAT, SIT and Production,
manage necessary approvals, port opening, VPN setup (Site-to-Site, Get VPN, etc), Coordinate
Downtimes, Deployment, Test, Production (Go-Live) and Post production support under strict
TAT, SLA and as per Project plan
Should have managed Incident Life Cycle Issues, Bugs, Enhancement, etc, do impact analysis
both technical and functional
Should be strong in understand Networking concepts, DMZ, Firewall (NAT, Context, ACL, etc),
Port Opening, Network Gateway, VPN, IP Routing, URL registration, SSL,
Must be fluent in shell scripts, batch processing, Sync and Async Data Transfers, etc
Well versed, preferably hands-on with RHEL, Windows OS commands and system management
Well versed, preferably hands-on with SQL, PL/SQL, Transact SQL and through knowledge of
Database Management on Oracle, SQL or other related standard RDBMS
Must have worked on various Programming Languages in recent past or present (C#, Core Java,
Enterprise Java, EJB, Servlets, etc)
Must have worked on Adobe AEM, Target, Analytics & Google Analytics
Good to have knowledge on Node JS, Micro services
Must be aware of API, Web Services, XML or other scripting front-end scripting languages
HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
Must be aware of end-to-end three tier web application architecture
Should have previously or recently worked on middle-ware such as Oracle Web-Logic, Microsoft
IIS servers, or Apache, OHS etc.
Should regularly carryout Data Backup coordination activity, DR Setup and Management,
Perform DR Drills, Fail-over and Recoveries as per agreed RPO and RTOs.

Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Ability to manage multiple stake holders
(Vendors, Partners, Teams, Businesses, etc.)
Team player and seeks inputs from stake holders to ensure the necessary set expectations are
met both in Project Deliveries and Business As Usual Support, etc.
Aptitude and Attitude to Learn, improve overall His/her own performance and contribute
towards set objectives of the organization
