IT Analyst Engineering Support @ Cucumber Consultants

Job Description

1.Implementation & operations support of CAD design tools including and not limited to Autodesk, Hexagon, AVEVA & Bentley portfolio of applications.
2.Engineering License Servers setup, Administration, Utilization Monitoring & Reporting
3.Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end-user operational issues in all engineering applications portfolios.
4.Gather application license requirements from all engineering disciplines for various engineering applications & Interact with the software vendors and seek licenses and support for the necessary software.
5.Technical support for Application License procurement.
6.Managing the proper access control for DB & Applications
7.Create & Manage knowledgebase library, SOPs/Technical work practices for all setups, configurations & installations.
8.Monitor daily Workshare replications & Backup monitoring of Client-server Engineering application Projects.
9.Periodic training of the L1 team on Installations
10.Periodic Application upgrade & patch management support.
