Lead Software Engineer - Asp.net @ Aurora Recruitment

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience- 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
Knowledge of a development language such as C# & ASP.NET
Experience designing and developing database applications using enterprise database software, MS SQL server experience is a plus.
Foundational software development knowledge including object-oriented development, SOLID, and test-driven development
Experience with enterprise technologies and principles, e.g. SOA, REST, asynchronous messaging
Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines: solution design, agile development, unit testing, refactoring, and build/deployment automation
Even Better: - Hands-on experience developing web applications using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience in the healthcare domain, especially in the area of Clinical Quality Measures.
Experience leading small groups of software engineers in the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions- Experience with healthcare standards such as HL7, QRDA, CCD, etc.
Experience with large product integrations and performance enhancements.
