-Scrum master who can manage a 10 member team and work closely with Client project manager
Mandatory skills
- Scrum certified scrum master
- Executed 2 or 3 projects as scrum master - Daily project monitoring and governance with client Key Responsibilities:
JD for Project manager
10-12 years of total IT experience & at least 5-8 years experience in managing software projects or programs
MCA, Engineering or Commerce degree, MBA will be added advantage
Project Management experience in Delivering Solutions for Enterprise application /Product/ADM
Preferably Experience in delivering MS/OS technologies, web technologies
Breadth in managing different types of projects
Customer expectation Management
Managing 25+ team
Experience in QA ISO, CMMI
Experience in Project Cost Management, Project Planning, Project tracking & monitoring
Experience in Delivery Agile and Waterfall based development methodologies
Bid Management, Estimation, Release Management and Test Management
Ability to understand customer business priorities, IT vision and plans
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel.
Agile development projects .
Employ best practices for agile methodology utilizing both the Scrum and Kanban framework, while operating within the departments overall SDLC Framework
Work collaboratively with a team of senior project managers and the program manager to give input around
Experience in working with multi locational teams
Motivate and support project team members. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge to do their job and that all blocking issues are resolved quickly
Create self-organizing agile teams. Facilitate the delegation of tasks and responsibilities among team members
Engage business/product owners in the creation of user stories and requirements. Refine user stories for development consumption, and maintain an accurate backlog
Act as Facilitator for sprint planning, daily standups, sprint demos and refactoring/reflection sessions
Communicate project status via Agile Reporting Guidelines to all internal stakeholders and continuously refine/improve metrics by working with the team; Escalate issues that require executive attention
Proven experience as a scrum master on several successful software development projects involving multiple developers.
Clear understanding of agile software development methodologies and key best practices
Scrum Master certification
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
