Job Description
ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES End to end recruitment for internal hiring.
Sourcing, screening and reaching out to the candidates via cold calls, bulk mails etc.
Report generation, work on open vacancies and ensure adequate manpower in organization.
Good in MS office, telephonic interviews, writing mails.
Strong Communication Skills verbal and written.
Social media hiring, talented acquisition, scheduling interviews
Regular follow up and create pool of candidate data.
